What we collect When you send a gift: Your name, as you sign the card Your card message Your email address, for the receipt and a backup copy of your link The recipient's email address, only if you ask us to deliver by email Your payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card number When you subscribe to occasion reminders: Your email address, and only with your explicit consent Automatically: Basic technical information such as browser type and general location, used to keep the service working Whether and when a gift was opened, so the sender can be told What we don't do We do not sell your information. We do not share your card message with anyone except the recipient of that gift. We do not require you to create an account. How long we keep it Gift records are retained so links continue to work. Marketing emails are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Who we share with Only the service providers needed to run Fiorella: our payment processor, our email provider, and our hosting and database provider. Each handles data only on our instructions. Your rights You may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting a gift record will permanently disable its link. Contact us at hello@fiorella.love.
