Last updated: July 2026 1. What we provide Fiorella provides digital gift experiences — an animated bouquet, an audio track, and a personalised card, accessible through a private web link. The gift is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped. 2. Placing an order You select a bouquet, write your card, choose your music, and pay. Once payment is confirmed, we generate a private link to your gift. You may share that link yourself, or ask us to email it to a recipient you specify. 3. Pricing and payment All prices are shown before payment and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. 4. Your content You are responsible for the message you write and any link you provide. You must not use Fiorella to send content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove any gift that breaches this, without refund. 5. Music Each bouquet includes a licensed track by default. If you choose to attach your own song, it plays through the official embedded player of the platform hosting it. We do not host, copy, or distribute that music. Availability of an embedded track is controlled by the hosting platform and may change without notice. 6. Availability of your gift We intend gift links to remain accessible indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee permanent availability. Service interruptions, platform changes, or circumstances beyond our control may affect access. 7. Our content The bouquet footage, default music, designs, text, and branding on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may not download, copy, resell, or redistribute them. 8. Liability Fiorella is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any loss arising from a gift not being opened, arriving late, or being seen by an unintended person. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the gift in question. 9. Privacy Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. 10. Changes We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page. 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. 12.
